I got my product and I was so excited, I read all the directions multiple times just to make sure I knew what I was doing. So I peeled the "thick" paper off and my sticker stuck to it. It didn't transfer to the transfer tape. So well I couldn't use my star decal. Of course they only have a 5 day guarantee. Never buy again.

Note from Justcarstickers.com: Sometimes when peeling the thick backing from a decal, it is good to crease it back and work slowly to ensure the decal is sticking to the transfer tape. We want our customers to be happy with our products and will send a new decal if the one received is defective in any way.
